The midfielder is recovering quicker than first expected.
Jude Bellingham seems to be recovering quickly from his shoulder injury. His anticipated return could be way sooner than expected as the midfielder eyes a comeback before the start of October.
According to Mario Cortegana of The Athletic, people close to Jude Bellingham feel the player is recovering quicker than thought and should return to action in late September, rather than October as initially projected.
This will be a welcome development for Real Madrid, who have certainly missed their star player. However, the club will take every precaution and will only allow the player on the pitch when he is fully fit.
The club and manager Xabi Alonso have established a “zero risk” policy to make sure there is no fear of relapse when the player is reintegrated into the squad.
Bellingham continues recovery process
The England international hasn’t been involved in training since undergoing shoulder surgery, as he continues his gradual recovery process.
However, the club plan to start his light workout and slowly increase his workload in the coming weeks. They hope to begin his training with the ball and transition it into partial group sessions.
However, it will be a long process as the midfielder will have to slowly reach his full fitness, where he feels he can finally start a game.

Despite his absence in the middle of the pitch for Los Blancos, Alonso’s side haven’t had a problem. They have secured a win in each of the three matches so far and are at the top of the LaLiga table.
The Spanish team will return to action on Saturday against Real Sociedad and will be eager to continue their winning run.
Meanwhile, until then, Jude Bellingham will prioritise his recovery process as he hopes to return to the team’s crucial part of the season, with the Champions League campaign also about to start from September.
