Amorim, who replaced Erik ten Hag in the middle of the season, has not wasted any time in enforcing a strict code of conduct in an effort to bring the team back together and restore order. His method, which includes stringent dressing room regulations, is a component of a larger plan to revive the Red Devils’ fortunes and return them to their former glory.

ESPN claims that one of his top priorities is to promote a feeling of cohesion and purpose. The Portuguese coach makes it apparent, though, that he is not merely there to be his players’ friend at Old Trafford. Marcus Rashford and Casemiro chose to travel to the United States during the November international break instead of getting called up for national team responsibilities.

Amorim made a strong statement about minimizing needless breaks throughout the season, even though he did not openly criticize their decision.
