Spurs will have a chance to reach the final of the Europa League tomorrow.

Tottenham Hotspur will play Bodo/Glimt at Aspmyra Stadion in the second leg of their Europa League semi-final match. They already have one leg in the Europa League final.

Last week, Spurs won the first leg 3-1 in North London. The winner of this match overall will play either Manchester United or Athletic Bilbao in the championship match.

Brennan Johnson gave Tottenham Hotspur the lead in the first leg in just 38 seconds. Goals from James Maddison and Dominic Solanke gave them a three-goal lead in the next sixty-one minutes. However, a late consolation goal from Ulrik Saltnes of Bodo/Glimt offered the Norwegian champions a chance in the second leg.

With three straight losses and a 1-1 draw at London rivals West Ham United last weekend, Tottenham Hotspur have now lost a startling 19 of their 35 Premier League games this season. They are in 16th position and 14 points outside the top half of the standings.

Since the tournament’s rebranding prior to the 2009–10 period, only nine teams out of 92 in Europa League existence have failed to advance from a knockout tie when dominating by two or more goals after a first leg on home soil. The North Londoners will be counting on themselves to win on Thursday.

Tottenham Hotspur predicted lineup vs Bodo/Glimt

Tottenham Hotspur predicted lineup: (4-3-3): Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Sarr, Bentancur, Kulusevski; Johnson, Solanke, Tel

In addition to Radu Dragusin (ACL) and Lucas Bergvall (ankle), Tottenham’s James Maddison was forced off in the first leg due to a knee injury. He is now anticipated to miss the remainder of the season.

Postecoglou, nevertheless, is optimistic that Son Heung-min (foot) and Dominic Solanke (thigh) will be able to play on Thursday. If not, Wilson Odobert, who netted in Spurs’ draw against West Ham, or Mathys Tel might join Richarlison and Brennan Johnson in the starting three.

The creative gap left by Maddison will probably be filled by Dejan Kulusevski, who could start in centre-midfield with Rodrigo Bentancur and either Yves Bissouma or Pape Matar Sarr.

Meanwhile, Postecoglou is anticipated to go back to the starting back four of Pedro Porro, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, and Destiny Udogie from the first leg.
