The Portuguese forward experienced a health issue after the game.
During Al Nassr’s 1-0 league win over Al Ettifaq on Wednesday night, Cristiano Ronaldo experienced stomach troubles.
The striker was expected to be out of the game due to a fitness issue, but ended up featuring in the match. But after being substituted during injury time, the Portugal captain felt so awful that he puked in the locker room.
Jorge Jesus comments on Cristiano Ronaldo’s stomach problem

Despite Ronaldo not scoring a goal in the match, Al-Nassr were able to secure a narrow win courtesy of a goal from Kingsley Coman.
“I was thinking of not including him; he wasn’t in good shape,” Jorge Jesus said about Ronaldo after the game.
“He was suffering from stomach pains and a general feeling of fatigue and, when I substituted him, he went straight to the dressing room and threw up.”
Cristiano Ronaldo, 41, helped Al Nassr score despite not scoring himself. Just after the 30-minute mark, Al Ettifaq goalkeeper Marek Rodríguez stopped his long-range attempt, but Kingsley Coman seized the rebound to score the game’s lone goal.
Cristiano Ronaldo also had an attempt cleared off the line and hit the post. Al Nassr’s victory on Wednesday, a club-record-extending 15th in the Saudi Pro League, put them well in the running for their first league championship since the 2018–19 season.
The closest opponents, Al Hilal, have a game in hand, but Al Nassr are eight points ahead of them. With 24 league goals, Ronaldo is third in the Saudi Pro League standings, three behind Al Ahli’s English forward Ivan Toney.
For the past two seasons, the Portugal star has finished as the Saudi Pro League’s top scorer.
