Will Cristiano Ronaldo play tonight for Al-Nassr vs Al-Taawoun in Saudi Pro League?

The 39-year-old scored a goal in last outing.
Al-Nassr, who secured a comeback victory in their season-opening match, will travel to face Al-Taawoun this Friday for the 15th game week of the Saudi Pro League.
The Knight of Najd ended 2024 on a negative note, losing their final two games in all competitions but with a 3-1 league triumph over Al Okhdood at Al-Awwal Park last Thursday this put them in third place, 12 points behind Al-Hilal in first place and Al Ittihad in second.
Al-Nassr have now won eight, drawn four, and lost two of their 14 games in the top tier, giving them 28 points after their most recent victory.
With 13 points out of a possible 18, they have the fourth-best away performance in the division after winning half of those games away from home.
Though victories at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium have not been frequent, Al-Nassr will hope that this figure has little significance as they set off on another journey there. On their most recent league visit, they defeated Al-Taawoun 4-1.
The Riyadh-based team is in advanced discussions with the 39-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo, who is expected to sign another hefty contract because they are keen to retain their most valuable asset after this season.
Will Cristiano Ronaldo play tonight?
Cristiano Ronaldo is fit to play tonight as he hopes to continue his scoring run after his goal against Al Okhdood as Al-Nassr secured an excellent 3-1 victory to open the second part of the new season.
Moreover, the Portuguese has six months left on his deal with the club. New reports reveal that he is on the verge of extending his contract with them for another year. This news is music to the ears of Al-Nassr fans as their leading goalscorer in the league could remain at the club for one more season.
Ronaldo will be hoping to win a major trophy this season with them as he has yet to get his hands on any big silverware ever since he joined Al-Nassr.
