The Frenchman recently missed the training ahead of the game.

Due to personal problems, Kylian Mbappé didn’t participate in Real Madrid training ahead of their semi-final first-leg Copa del Rey game against Real Sociedad. This raised doubts about the Frenchman’s availability for the match.

Real Madrid will play Real Sociedad at Reale Arena tonight. However, just 24 hours prior to the match, they were given additional unfavourable news. Mbappé was unable to train because of a dental issue that required him to have his teeth fixed.

Real Madrid now have to worry about Mbappé’s health before travelling to San Sebastián. This setback just came when they were beginning to recover from their injury problems this season. With a trip to Sevilla on the line, Los Blancos may be without their finest player. But it is not confirmed if Mbappe will miss the encounter.

The former Paris Saint-Germain star has been in sensational form since the turn of the year and will strive to score more goals.

Will Kylian Mbappe play tonight?

A “tooth problem” ruled out Kylian Mbappe from playing in Real Madrid’s Copa del Rey semifinal matchup with Real Sociedad.

“Mbappé is traveling,” Ancelotti said in his pre-match press conference. “He had a problem with a tooth and couldn’t train. He’s traveling tomorrow and can play. Everyone who travels has a chance of playing the game.”

Due to a tooth extraction earlier this week, the 26-year-old attacker was unable to take part in training. The 2018 World Cup champion lost the fight against time and was forced to leave the matchday squad, despite Ancelotti’s expectation that Mbappe would be available for the first leg of the semi-final match.

But in the end, Mbappe had to stay out of Real Madrid’s squad announcement Today’s afternoon. Real Madrid’s roster for the Copa del Rey match will miss two more important players Thibaut Courtois and Federico Valverde in addition to Mbappe.
