The Brazilian has six six-goal contributions for Santos.

It is more than likely likely that neither Santos nor Corinthians will end this game with a clean sheet, considering how both teams have performed this season. While the opposing offences have the potential to capitalize, their back-lines are incredibly inconsistent.

In the last ten games, Santos have scored eighteen goals, an average of 1.8 goals per game. In the same time frame, Santos have also let up ten goals, which means that they give up one goal on average every game.

Neymar’s arrival has also greatly aided their offense as they look to win and guarantee a spot in the championship final.

The Brazilian was forced off with concerns of injuries in the previous match, although he later himself confirmed that he is fine and is fit to play in the game. Neymar’s influence has been great as he has contributed three goals and three assists so far for Santos and will hope to add more goals and assists to his tally.

Will Neymar play tonight?

Neymar is fit and was also spotted in team training and will be looking to continue his impressive form run of form tonight. His performance has only improved, and his fitness has also helped him rediscover his form.

He has been delivering goals from free kicks and corners with his former flair. However, he is struggling to contribute during open play, particularly in the crucial position on the side of the opposing penalty area. But game by game, he will certainly improve.

His performance for Santos has also seen him receive a call-up for Brazil’s national team for their March international World Cup qualifiers, which indicates how big strides the former Barcelona star has made.

It’s a huge step up to play in World Cup qualifying against two of the continent’s top teams (the Copa América finalists from the previous year).

He only made seven appearances for Al-Hilal. Neymar is now consistently playing for Santos this year and is already making a huge impact at the club.
