The Poland international is linked with a move to Al-Nassr.
Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has decided to terminate his contract with Juventus, making him a free agent this summer window.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Szczesny and the Serie A club decided to reach a mutual agreement to terminate the contract with immediate effect.
He further commented that ”paperwork was being prepared and checked; if all is good, Szczesny leaves Juventus getting an important pay-out fee.”
The former goalkeeper seems to be not in the plans of new manager Thiago Motta, who was appointed this summer after he led Bologna to Champions League qualification last season.
It is also understood that Szczesny is happy in Turin with his family and he may remain there and call time on his career. The 34-year-old started his career at Arsenal when he emerged from the Gunners youth academy in 2004 and went on to make 181 appearances for the north Londoners.
He then left to join AS Roma on loan, where he played for two years before he signed for the Turin side permanently in 2017.
At Juventus, he became a well-known custodian and appeared 252 times for the Old Lady during his seven years at the club. He lifted the title on three occasions and collected five cup medals in his time at Juventus.
The Polish goalkeeper is now linked with a move to Saudi club Al-Nassr where he could be reunited with former Juventus teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
Meanwhile, Juventus are undergoing a massive change under Motta whose ambitions are clear and those players who are not in his plans for next season will be sold this summer as the former Paris Saint-Germain player hopes to bring the Serie A team to their dominant era in the league.
