BGMI Masters Series Season 2: League Week Day 2 Leaderboard, Match Report
The exciting battle continued on day 2.
The second day of the League Week 1 of the BGMI Masters Series season 2 ended with the dominance of Team Marcos claiming a total of 42 points while OR esports asserted their place for the Super Weekend 1 matches. With each successive match, the excitement in League Week 1 continues to build as teams jockey for position, constantly reshuffling themselves to secure the top spot.
Day 2 started with a match between Group B and Group C. Marcos Gaming emerged victorious in the first match. While Numen Esports emerged victorious in the second match, OR Esports secured the final “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” of the day, propelling them to the 3rd position in the BGMS Season 2 Points Table.
Match 1 – Erangel- Group B vs C
The day began with a spectacular display from Marcos Gaming, securing a remarkable “winner-winner chicken dinner.” Spraygod and Vexe showcased incredible skills in the final zone of the match, accumulating a total of 29 points in game 1, including 14 points from their finishes.
Match 2 – Miramar- Group A vs C
Numen Esports emerged victorious in Match 2 on the Miramar map. They showcased dominance by notching up 15 finish points and securing a “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.” This stellar performance earned them a notable 25 points in total from game 2.
Match 3 – Group A vs C – Erangel
OR Esports clinched the final match of the day with a superb performance on the Erangel map, earning a total of 30 points, including 15 finish points. With this strong finish, Team OR concluded Week 2 Day 2 on a high note and secured 3rd place in the BGMI Masters Series Season 2 Points Table.
Overall Ranking for the League Week 1 Day 2 of BGMI Masters Series
Chemin Esports secured their first rank with 65 total points while Marcos Gaming at second with 55 total points. OR esports reclaimed their position in the top 3 of the leaderboard with Numen reducing itself to the fourth.
With the end of day 2, each team’s position to qualify for Super Weekend 1 seems to get much clearer. Team Insane has shed its underdog status through consistent performances.
The day wasn’t for the star teams like Godlike and the inaugural edition winner Team Soul as they kept missing the marks of excellence. These star teams must elevate their performance in tonight’s matches, especially considering the legacy they are carrying.
