BGMI Masters Series 2023: Highest-ever Prize Pool distribution for mega Esports event in India

BGMS Season 2’s Launch Week commenced on August 4th with an eventful first day.
Following the success of the first season, the new season of the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) is coming with an all-new format, younger and new players, and the highest-ever prize pool amount. This could gear up the season for intense battlegrounds and heart-pounding actions.
The Master Series will have little over three weeks of intense battlegrounds with a total of seven rounds and the Grand Finals scheduled on Sunday, August 27. A total of 24 teams are participating in the Masters Series Season 2.
The Mega Prize Pool Distribution of BGMI Masters Series
According to Nodwin Gaming, the prize money for the champions has been increased from ₹1.5 Crore to a grand sum of ₹2.1 Crore. This makes the BGMI Master series the highest-ever pool-price esports tournament in India so far.
The Masters Series winner will receive a grand prize of 1 Crore. The runner-up will be rewarded with 35 Lacs, while the third-position squad will get 12.5 Lacs. Teams ranking from fourth to twenty-fourth place on the overall leaderboard will receive rewards ranging from ₹7.50,000 to ₹1,00,000. Additionally, special prizes worth 6 Lacs will be given out.
As per the Day 1 of Launch Week, GodLike Esports is at the top spot with 39 points, followed by OR Esports (38 points), Revenant (33 points), and Velocity Gaming in fourth place with 29 points.
The matches will be streamed live online in Rooter and telecasted live on Star Sports Network (Stars Sports 1 and Star Sports 2) daily at 9.30 PM.
