Winter’s Haunt has finally arrived

The winter festive season has also arrived in Apex Legends as the fans can expect the Winter’s Haunt event arriving in the game very soon. This was officially announced by the game developers by dropping a fresh trailer.

It is also expected to last until the next season update. Let’s check out everything you need to know about this event in this article.

Winter’s Haunt event and what to expect?

It is confirmed that the Winter’s Haunt event is scheduled to start on December 17, 202,4 in Apex Legends. Although it has not been told about when it will end, however, fans can expect it to run till the next season update.

This event reintroduces the popular Winter Express LTM mode, which had been absent for some time. The LTM’s return has been eagerly awaited, and it looks to represent the Christmas spirit.

• Exclusive Cosmetics: Players can gather 30 different winter-themed cosmetics. These feature a new Heirloom for Bloodhound, Winter’s Bane, and a reactive Attunement Hemlok skin. By completing all event milestones, players can earn an additional 150 Heirloom Shards.
• No duplicates in packs: This event claims that the event packs will not contain duplicates, allowing your Apex Coins to go further in unlocking all available cosmetics.

The rewards shop

There will also be a reward shop in addition to the event shop, where players can earn Ice Gems by completing various in-game tasks. With these Ice Gems, you can exchange the items that you really want without spending any real money on Apex Legends. The shop, which is open for 21 days, may change its offerings every week, ensuring constant engagement.

The cosmetics for this event are mainly based on the winter theme, with snow-white base colors and vivid accents. The character skins and weaponry are all cold, and blue-toned, providing a visually coherent winter wonderland throughout Apex Legends.
