Fan’s wishlist for the next installment
Although College Football 26 has yet to be announced officially, fans have already started to speculate and suggest their desire in the community for the next game.
In this article, we will talk about the six features that EA should improve in the next game to take this franchise to the next level.
6. FCS schools
Before we start with the key features, the source for this information was from Clutchpoints. With all 134 FBS schools now included, why not add FCS institutions? Adding even 50 teams at first would indicate EA’s dedication to inclusivity and depth, reflecting the diversity of college football.
5. In-Game team builder
This was a great feature in the previous game however, it was very poorly executed as a separate website. Many fans want this feature to be integrated in-game in College Football 26. This will allow the online and offline features to ease customization.
4. PC port & enhanced cross-play
PC community and gamers deserve the College Football 26 title on PC. This would easily widen the game appeal even more and cross-play should enhanced so that everyone can play the game without any platform issues.

3. Better presentation – on and off the field
The game’s presentation is already amazing, but there is still potential for growth. The current commentary lacks the involvement one would expect from renowned figures such as Kirk Herbstreit and Rece Davis. More mascots, particularly for underrepresented clubs, and improved off-field amenities such as an in-game newspaper or weekly show would increase engagement of College Football 26.
2. Enhanced play-calling in Road to Glory
In Road to Glory, players feel constrained by limited play-calling, which, although realistic, stifles inventiveness. Providing players with the choice of choosing their own plays or letting the coach select could increase depth. The current ability to audible is a start, but greater control would be beneficial for those hoping for Heisman glory.
1. Real Coaches
While College Football 25 has over 10,000 actual athletes, the logical next step is to include real coaches. Including coordinators would add to the game’s authenticity, making it the ultimate NCAA Football experience. Compensation difficulties may be a challenge, but EA’s success with gamers indicates a road forward with College Football 26.
