The Walking Dead is finally here on Fortnite and the notorious villain, Negan, is going to have his own skin in the game. Negan, known for his brutal temperament and iconic barbed-wire bat, Lucille, is expected to make a significant impact in the combat royale.

Negan Fortnite Skin release date and first look

The Negan Fortnite Bundle is out today, April 4, 2025, introducing a comic book-inspired depiction of the character to the Item Shop.

Unlike previous Walking Dead collaborations where skins were based on the TV series characters, Negan’s skin is based on the original comics. So, if you were hoping for Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s portrayal, then you will be disappointed.

The bundle contains four items: the Negan Outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, and Wrap. Each item can be purchased separately, or you can get the entire bundle at a discount.

Negan’s iconic bat, Lucille, is appropriately converted into a Pickaxe, while the Back Bling—a zombie head—pays homage to his zombie-slaying legacy. The Wrap’s name, “Krakk!,” refers to Lucille’s ferocious impact in action.

Here is the breakdown for the bundle:

• Negan Outfit: 1,500 V-Bucks
• Walker’s Headcase Back Bling: 400 V-Bucks
• Lucille Pickaxe: 800 V-Bucks
• Krakk! Wrap: 500 V-Bucks
• Full Negan Bundle: 2,000 V-Bucks (includes all items)

If you want everything, then purchasing the bundle will be a good idea, as it will save you some V-Bucks. You can pretty much say that this Walking Dead collaboration is pretty affordable for the fans.

The Fortnite x The Walking Dead collaboration began in Chapter 2 of Season 5, with Daryl Dixon and Michonne included as playable skins. Rick Grimes joined the cast in Chapter 2 Season 8, but the crossover has been quiet for four years until now.

Now, Negan is here to join the battlefield in 2025 and there is a chance that fans can look forward to more amazing collaboration with this series.
