Free FPS Hero shooter is out now!

Wildlight Entertainment’s new 3v3 FPS hero shooter, Highguard, is finally live right now and it is built around the diverse roster of playable heroes known as Wardens.

Each of these Wardens belongs to a specific class and they have tactical ability, passive skills and a powerful ultimate; all for making the best team composition and raiding the enemy base.

At launch, eight Wardens are available in the game, spread across five distinct classes. Let’s check out more details in this article.

All Highguard Wardens by class & abilities

Assault

Atticus

  • Lightning-based frontline fighter. Excel in pressuring enemies and structures.
  • Tactical – Shockspear: Throws a charged spear that shocks nearby enemies.
  • Passive – Supercharged Axe: Charged attacks trigger an electrical explosion.
  • Ultimate – Powerstorm: Launches Atticus into the air, raining lightning spears across the battlefield

Scarlet

  • Stealth-focused assassin. She is capable of ambushing enemies and bypassing terrain.
  • Tactical – Sandstorm: Enter stealth, becoming harder to detect from range.
  • Passive – Shifting Sands: Turn destructible walls into sand to pass through.
  • Ultimate – Whirling Blades: Throw up to six daggers; kills reset cooldowns.

Slade

  • High damage Warden; dominates zones with fire.
  • Tactical – Heatwave: Releases a wave of molten fire.
  • Passive – Firebomb: Explodes on death, spreading magma.
  • Ultimate – Firestorm: Calls down a barrage of fire in a targeted area

Destruction

Redmane

  • A brute force character; good for chaos and breaking walls.
  • Tactical – Pounce: Smash through walls or leap forward.
  • Passive – Enraged: Gain movement and reload speed after kills.
  • Ultimate – Beast’s Roar: Destroys walls and damages enemies in front.

Defensive

Kai

  • An ice-based fighter with a defender built for fortifying objectives.
  • Tactical – Ice Wall: Create a solid ice barrier.
  • Passive – Frozen Repair: Restore destroyed walls with ice.
  • Ultimate – Frost Giant: Transform into Kai’s inner ice demon.

Una

  • Spirit summoning character with utility and disruption.
  • Tactical – Forest Wisps: Summon spirits that throw concussion grenades.
  • Passive – Helping Hand: Spirits occasionally bring loot.
  • Ultimate – Tree Walker: Summon a massive forest spirit that attacks enemies.

Recon

Condor

  • The only primary tracking and intel specialist.
  • Tactical – Eyes in the Sky: Deploy a bird to scan moving enemies.
  • Passive – Hunter’s Instinct: Bird warns Condor of nearby threats.
  • Ultimate – Soaring Guardian: Deploy smoke clouds that reveal enemies.

Support

Mara

  • A team-focused character who enables sustained assaults, provides shields and more.
  • Tactical – Soul Armor: Grants allies an overshield.
  • Passive – Sacrifice: Sacrifice downed enemies to charge abilities.
  • Ultimate – Immortal Core: Create a team spawn point.
