Now with the upcoming season 1 where he is getting a buff, this guy is going to go on a rampage. Let’s check out more details on why you should start playing this as your main.

Wolverine rise in season 1

There is no doubt that Wolverine has already become a fan favourite in Marvel Rivals. The amount of crazy play, stunts and clips everyone is making with him is just insane.

He is going to get a buff in the upcoming season 1 which will only make him more stronger. Right now he is very weak against other DPS or Support characters and dies quickly in front of them if he doesn’t have his passive available. He can only survive against them with pocket healers healing him or you are with 100% rage in which you can do more damage.

His gameplay relies on the damage percentage bonus. Unlike most heroes, Wolverine’s damage is a fixed amount plus a small percentage of the target’s maximum health. This means that the more health an enemy has, the greater damage Wolverine deals. He is a menace against tanks and they fear him.

That’s why he gets banned in every single game. If your tank gets destroyed by him every single time, your whole team is going to struggle a lot.

Now with new buffs, there is a chance that he might be able to perform well against Support and DPS characters as well. Also playing him and destroying opponents with pure melee strikes give pure adrenaline and raw feeling in Marvel Rivals.
