Climb the ranks fast with these heroes

Marvel Rivals Season 1.5 has finally begun, and many characters have received buffs and nerfs in the most recent update. The supports were extremely powerful in the game, therefore they were heavily nerfed to balance the game.

In this article, we will discuss the finest heroes available right now for dominating lobbies and quickly rising through the ranks.

5. Dr. Strange & Magneto

Despite receiving nerfs in Marvel Rivals Season 1.5, Dr. Strange remains one of the game’s finest tanks. Magneto is also an excellent choice for playing as a double shield comp at higher levels. His ultimate can wipe out an entire squad, and you can also be quite creative with the portals.

His collaboration with the Hulk grants him gamma radiation abilities that are both powerful and lethal, similar to Iron Man’s gamma-ray. The Thing’s recent inclusion into the game elevates him to the top of the list because he is effective against mobility heroes as well.

You can also play as Magneto who is also one of the best tanks in the game with higher survivability due to his shield and bubble. His Ultimate is also powerful as you can one-shot defensive ultimate that makes him a top-tier tank.

4. Winter Soldier

Bucky Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier, might be the most consistent duelist this season. He is effective at safeguarding your teams from dive competition and can even hook tanks and other players out of position with his hook.

Armed and Dangerous is one of the best Ultimates in the game, and the reset feels incredibly rewarding. He has stronger shielding and can fight tanks from head to toe. In any competition, he performs admirably, and having a rocket is just the cherry on top of the perfect bullet team. We can also put Psylocke and Magik as honorable mentions on this list.

3. Namor

This hero is so flawed and uninteresting. However, he is rather good, and playing him will allow you to quickly advance in the rankings. His capacity to collaborate with Luna Snow is likewise impaired. He obtains an ice squid, which slows down and damages the enemy in Marvel Rivals.

On damage mode, his Ultimate with the Luna Snow ability may take out a large number of players at once. Namor even has an escape option in the form of a water bubble, and he is a bane of every dive comp.

2. Loki

Loki is the most effective strategist in Marvel Rivals Season 1.5. Even after nerfs, he still gains his ultimate ability rather quickly, and you can easily mimic any defensive ultimate to give your team an advantage.

Keep the mind that a good Loki player is unlikely to duplicate Duelist Ultimate. His clones and invisibility are challenging, and the lamp ability he deploys is extremely powerful. He’s pretty good when other teams are doing comp dives.

1. Hela

The latest Marvel Rivals season 1.5 update has broken Hela once more. She appears to be bugged right now since she can two-tap any 250-health character and land two headshots from any distance. I’m very confident the developers will issue a tiny update shortly to repair her. Until then, you can exploit Hela and climb the ladders.
