Players can also decide to prolong their amateur years and get recruited out of high school to one of 19 universities, including 11 new ones, instead of rushing through the initial stages.

Individual colleges offer various package of recruiting, which affects talent formation, access to equipment, exposure to scouts, and career development in the long term, enabling the talent to have more strategic control at the beginning.

Road to the Show and Perks
