Frontline juggernaut from Senegal
The fans are excited about the newly revealed Valorant agent, Veto, yesterday during the Champions 2025 grand finals.
He is a seventh sentinel added to the game and has some amazing game-changing abilities. In this article, we will talk about his abilities, ultimate and other things about this new agent.
Veto’s abilities
Crosscut Ability (C): Teleport
This is a bread-and-butter ability for this agent. Equip a vortex energy ball with C and fire to place it on the ground. Aim for the vortex to teleport there instantly—ideal for rapid repositioning or escape.
This ability is pretty good for flanking, backing up, or pulling out some crazy play in the match.
Chokehold Ability (Q): Trap and Debuff Enemies
This ability can turn this guy into a stalling machine. You can equip the mutated slimes and throw them to create the traps.
When enemies pass through them, they will become snared, deafened, and corrupted, leaving them vulnerable.
Interceptor Ability (E): Destroy Utilities on Command
This is Veto signature ability and it can wipe out destructible enemy tools. Equip the Phage, deploy it, and activate it to nullify nearby bounceables such as Raze’s Boom Bot and Gekko’s Wingman. This can easily counter the explosive rushes.
Evolution Ultimate (X)
Evolution (7 orbs) mutates this agent literally into a powerhouse tank. You get regeneration, enhanced combat and debuff immunity.
It disrupts Sentinel norms, making Veto an aggressive force unlike any other. Use after planting or pushing; regen keeps you alive. Beginners, combine with team utilities for an invincible feeling—deny defuses or retakes.
Overall, the new agent ‘Veto’ looks pretty broken and meta-changing. There is no doubt that the meta will change once he is released in Valorant.
