The Valorant roster has expanded with the reveal of a new agent, Miks, who joins the controller role. Unlike a traditional controller who focuses on map control, smokes, etc., this guy has healing and supporting buffs.

Harmonize (Q)
This allows the agent to link with a teammate and grant both players a combat stim buff. This buff refreshes whenever either player secures a kill.
This can be used in aggressive play. Activate it before pushing to the site. This will help both players to maintain momentum during the fight. If you are solo, use ALT-FIRE to apply the buff to yourself before taking the duel.
M-Pulse (C)
This is a versatile deployable device that can switch between two different modes:
- Concuss Mode: Sends out pulses that disorient enemies.
- Healing Mode: Emits waves that restore health to nearby teammates.
Once it is thrown, this device activates on the ground and continuously releases sonic pulses in the selected mode.
This can be effective in tight chokeholds, points, or crowded areas.
Waveform (E)
This is Mik’s primary smoke ability in the game. When this is activated, it opens the map interface, which allows players to mark the location where the smoke will appear.
This is very similar to other controller agents. These smokes deploy instantly, which makes them extra useful during the fast-paced fights.
Bassquake (Ultimate – X)
This ultimate unleashes a powerful wave of Sonic Radiance in a forward direction. Enemies who are hit by the blast are knocked backward, slowed and temporarily deafened.
This is perfect for breaking the defensive setup or forcing the enemies out of important positions or angles on the site.
