Fans and community will be able to fight for Emperor once again as Focus Entertainment has confirmed that Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 3 is now in development by Saber Interactive.

Space Marine 3 announced with big promises
Focus Entertainment official revealed the news on the social media platforms by stating, “Your duty is not done. We’re thrilled to announce that development for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 has officially begun…”
Space Marine 2 was able to rack over 5 million sales by November 2024 and with a great amount of good reviews, has cleared the way for the third chapter in this series.
John Bert, Deputy CEO of Focus Entertainment Publishing, expressed his excitement: “The fantastic reception to Space Marine 2 from fans has been an honor. We’ll continue to maintain it with new material and upgrades for years to come, but we’re excited to announce that Space Marine 3 will be the next installment. Expect an immersive story, multiplayer action, and innovations that will take third-person shooters to new heights, including even more epic battles.”

What can fans expect?
This is still too early and there is very little information available on what fans can expect from the Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 3.
Saber Interactive, in collaboration with Games Workshop, intends to provide enormous, spectacle-driven conflicts that have the potential to reinvent the genre.
Think greater Tyranid hordes, chaos-fueled destruction, and that characteristic Warhammer 40K grit, all in a package that combines solo storytelling with multiplayer mayhem.
The 13-year gap between the first Space Marine (2011) and its sequel will not be the norm here. With Space Marine 2’s momentum, expect a quicker turnaround—though no release date has been revealed yet for Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 3.
