Everstone Studio has recently revealed a brand new trailer for their upcoming Where Winds Meet Hexi expansion update, which showcases a closer look at the terrifying bosses.

The Hexi expansion will have three chapters and the first one is Jade Pass, which will arrive on March 5, 2026.

Everstone Studio is also hosting a livestream on February 26, 2026, where they will showcase more gameplay details and expansion features. New bosses in Hexi Expansion
One of the most dangerous enemies is the Moongazing Maiden, a lamia who has lightning and two blades. Her attacks with the element and speed are the indicators of the rapid battle, which will challenge the reflexes of players.
Guo Xin is an old soldier taking a flaming flag to battle. The fact that his ability to fight is through fire and that he is dominating implies a rough touch-fight.
There will also be Wucan, a hideous monster with a frightening design, which will make him one of the most aversive bosses revealed so far. Beside him is the Sentinel Howlion, a huge lion-man-like creature that seems to be made of crude energy and unswerving enmity.
Nevertheless, the weirdest experience can be Snowplum Requiem. This two-boss battle scene shows two blindfolded characters, one with a guzheng and the other with a flute, as puppet masters controlling the battlefield in Where Winds Meet Hexi Expansion.
One of the numerous previews showed the player character suspended on strings, suggesting that Snowplum Requiem relied on music-driven attacks and control systems to overcome its enemies.
