Agent sidelined by Patch 10.05 bug
Reyna’s mains are pretty sad as she is currently out of action in Valorant due to a glitch tied to the latest patch. Riot Games is committed to maintaining every Agent in top condition, and this bug has resulted in a temporary timeout.
In this article, we will talk about her bug, why she was taken out and when can you expect her to return to the game.
Know more about the Reyna’s disablement in VALORANT
This trouble started in Patch 10.05, rolled out on March 18, 2025. This new update brought Rank Rollbacks and squashed bugs for several Agents—but Reyna wasn’t on that fix list.
According to Riot Games, a bug is preventing her Devour ability’s Overheal from working properly, resulting in her health not increasing as expected when she consumes soul orbs.
That’s significant for a self-sustaining duelist like Reyna, whose kit is based on fragging and healing. As a result, she has been removed from all game queues, including competitive, unrated, swiftplay, and spike rush.
There are no exclusions for casual modes here. Is this the only location she is still playable? Riot is keeping active for the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT), which begins this weekend with Stage 1 matches. With less than 24 hours until professional play begins on March 22, they’ve determined that the bug does not give her a competitive advantage enough to bench her.

When will Reyna return to VALORANT?
There has been no new update or confirmation by Riot Games about her return to the game so far. Their official statement on X reads: “A bug in Patch 10.05 is preventing Reyna from properly using Overheal from her Devour ability… She’ll be disabled on all platforms while we work on a fix. Updates to come.”
Many fans and speculation are suggesting that we might see her back in the last week of this month or the starting week of April.
Despite that, many fans and people in the community are pretty happy that she is gone and thinks that the game is a lot better now. What are your thoughts on this? Do share your views with us in the comment section.
