WWE 2K25 Patch 1.08 update released: Full notes & fixes ahead of WrestleMania 41

It’s WrestleMania weekend!

With WrestleMania 41 just days away on April 19–20, 2025, 2K Games has just released the new WWE 2K25 Patch 1.08 update.

This was announced on April 16, 2025, via the official WWE Games website. The new update will fix many bugs, issues and provide more smoother experience.

WWE 2K25 Patch 1.08: Full update notes

Here’s what’s new in the new WWE 2K25 update:

General: Improved overall stability and performance to reduce crashes and bugs.

Online:

• Fixed entrance music and dialogue not playing during matches.
• Corrected Royal Rumble match order display issues.
• Resolved game session errors after consecutive online matches.

Universe Mode:

• Fixed empty match cards being generated.
• Addressed Announce Cash-ins being reusable after activation.
• Corrected momentum tracker inaccuracies.
• Fixed invisible Superstars in rivalry cutscenes.
• Resolved issues with moving Superstars in tag team division rankings.

Create Mode:

• Fixed excessive part usage when randomizing in Create-a-Superstar.
• Corrected locked attire part thumbnails not displaying properly.
• Addressed randomized part colors persisting after reverting changes.
• Fixed incorrect motion assignments.
• Resolved logo position resets in Create-an-Arena.

Gameplay:

• Corrected DIY titantron movies playing incorrectly.
• Fixed match options persisting post-match.
• Allowed female Superstars classified as cruiserweights to participate in Money in the Bank matches.

MyFaction:

• Fixed missing icons for mods and stipulations.

This latest update is just in time with WrestleMania 41 arriving in the next few days. Now, fans will be able to experience the game in a better way.

There is no doubt that many will already recreate the event’s biggest moments, like Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena in WWE 2K25 after the latest patch notes.

Looking ahead, the first DLC pack for WWE 2K25 will be available later in 2025, containing new Superstars such as Penta, Jordynne Grace, and the Motor City Machine Guns as part of the Season Pass.
