WWE HOF Booker T reveals why Ghost of Tsushima is his favorite game

The WWE Hall of Famer currently works as a commentator on NXT.

Among the wrestling world and fandom, everyone knows about WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. He is a retired American professional wrestler who is now working as a commentator on the WWE NXT brand.

Recently, he had an exclusive interview with Esportsinsider, where he revealed that he is a huge gamer and his favourite games are Madden and Ghost of Tsushima. Let’s check out more details in this article.

Booker T takes on Madden & Ghost of Tsushima

In the exclusive interview with Esportsinsider, the WWE Hall of Famer was asked about whether he had played any 2K games before or not. This question was especially related to WWE 2K Games.

That’s when he revealed that he is a huge gamer and he has played 2K Games. He is currently playing Tennis, Madden and MLB Baseball.

He also revealed that he is currently working on voiceovers as a commentator for video games. Next, he was asked about his favourite games of all time, to which he replied, Madden.

He talked about how it’s a dynamic game with numbers and then revealed that one of the games that captivated him over the last years is Ghost of Tsushima.

“Ghost has just taken me somewhere like I’ve never gone before. It’s so freaking detailed. You wonder, how can the human brain put something like that together? That’s what I wonder, how can it get so in-depth with the detail in it, creating this story. You know, with the Mongols, it’s just the craziest thing in the world, but amazing at the same time.”

Final Thoughts

It’s not surprising to see Booker T enjoying the sports and wrestling games. But I am pretty amazed that he has played Ghost of Tsushima and he is a fan of the franchise.

Ghost of Yotei is coming out on October 2, 2025, and I hope that he gets to play that game and experience the next storyline in the Ghost series.
