Xander Schauffele won the PGA Championship 2024 by one shot, breaking the record score to par in majors by the same margin. The event took place at Valhalla Golf Club, where Viktor Hovland and Bryson DeChambeau struggled to make a shot. Schauffele, who was 21 under par, made birdies at the 11th and 12th holes.
DeChambeau and Hovland faltered, while Schauffele held firm. Birdies on 16 and 18 for DeChambeau tied him with Schauffele. Hovland crumbled with a three-putt from 10 feet, leaving him behind.
