Haryana put 20 goals past Goa in Junior Women Hockey Nationals

Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Chandigarh and Odisha also registered victories in the competition on Day 4.
Hockey Haryana, Hockey Jharkhand, Hockey Maharashtra, Hockey Chandigarh and Hockey Association of Odisha registered victories in their respective matches on the fourth day of the 12th Hockey India Junior Women National Championship 2022 in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh on Monday.
In the first match of the day, Hockey Haryana registered a comprehensive 20-0 victory over Goans Hockey in their Pool A match. Bhateri (10', 20', 25', 28', 40') scored five goals, while Sakshi Rana (2', 45', 46', 49') and Pinki (14', 26', 37', 60') scored four goals each. Kanika Siwach (32', 56') and Captain Usha (35', 53') scored a brace each, meanwhile, Ishika (30'), Seema (39') and Monu (52') scored one goal each for Hockey Haryana.
In Pool B, Hockey Jharkhand defeated Manipur Hockey 14-0. Deepika Soreng (9', 14', 24', 46') scored four goals, while Nikki Kullu (18', 20') and Pramodni Lakra (35', 37') scored a brace each. Rajni Kerketta (21'), Eli Tirkey (40'), Anjli Kerketta (42'), Monika Nag (45'), Captain Dipti Kullu (49') and Elin Dungdung (58') scored one goal each for Hockey Jharkhand at the Junior Women's Hockey Nationals.
In Pool C, Hockey Maharashtra defeated Telangana Hockey 13-0. Captain Himanshi Gawande (9', 12', 46', 52') scored four goals, while Oshin Bansod (18', 53', 57') scored a hat-trick. Meanwhile, Utkarsha Kale (7', 34') and Prajakta Mane (14', 30') scored a brace each. Shivani Sahu (23') and Isha Srivastava (56') scored one goal each for Hockey Maharashtra.
Hockey Chandigarh registered a comprehensive 12-2 victory over Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu in their Pool D match. Sonam (5', 18', 34', 43') scored four goals, while Gurmail Kaur (15', 35', 48') scored a hat-trick. Captain Radha (21', 32') and Priya (41', 50') scored a brace. Anjani (27') scored the other goal for Hockey Chandigarh. Meanwhile, Anitha V (2') and Vairavi M (41') found the back of the net for Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu.
In the last match of the day, Hockey Association of Odisha defeated Delhi Hockey 3-1 in their Pool E match. Sunita Xaxa (11', 17') scored a brace and Munmuni Das (8') netted the other goal for Hockey Association of Odisha. Divya (3') scored the only goal for Delhi Hockey at the Junior Women's Hockey Nationals.
