No surprises as some of the top names make this list.

These raiders have taken up the bulk of point-scoring for their respective teams, displaying outstanding levels of consistency and never letting their performance levels drop for a single match.

Raiders hunt alone against a pack of defenders but can change the course of tight matches with a single raid. Multi-point raids such as Ajinkya Pawar’s sensational six-pointer for the Tamil Thalaivas against Telugu Titans can prove to be the exact turning point for the momentum to shift. A ‘Super 10’ is achieved when a raider reaches 10 raid points in a particular match.

Here are the top five raiders with the most Super 10s in the ongoing season 9 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL).

5. Surender Gill (UP Yoddhas): 12 Matches 8 Super 10s

The Right Raider has been a consistent raiding machine for UP Yoddha. The franchise retained him for a third straight season. Surender has backed the trust by unleashing a relentlessly consistent version of himself. He has eight Super 10s from 12 matches in PKL 9 and has been the Yoddhas’ lead raider ahead of Pardeep Narwal. His bonus-point ability and penchant for scoring multi-point raids have often bailed UP Yoddha out of many sticky situations.

4. Maninder Singh (Bengal Warriors): 13 matches 8 Super 10s

Bengal Warriors' skipper and talisman Maninder Singh has been their star raider since 2017. Maninder led the Warriors to their maiden PKL title in 2019. In PKL 9 too he has been in good form with eight Super 10s in 13 matches, including in each of the last five games. With 147 raid points, Maninder Singh is also the player with the third most raid points this season.

3. Bharat (Bengaluru Bulls): 13 Matches 9 Super 10s

Everyone in the Kabaddi fraternity were left bemused when coach Bengaluru Bulls Randhir Singh Sehrawat announced in a pre-tournament press conference that, “Bharat will score 200 raid points this season.” Those who have followed the Bulls for a considerable period of time will know that Randhir Singh never minces his words.

With the tournament just past the halfway mark, Bharat is well on course to back his coach’s prediction. He has racked up nine Super 10s from 13 matches. The lanky raider has seldom disappointed under pressure as the go-to man whenever the chips are down.

2. Arjun Deshwal (Jaipur Pink Panthers): 13 Matches 9 Super 10s

Arjun has been a one-man wrecking ball for a well-balanced JPP outfit that look like early favourites to return to trophy-winning ways. He has honed multiple skills during the off-season, including a more aggressive bonus-point approach, and has timed his retreats to perfection. When he gets going, he proves to be impossible to stop. Arjun has 7 Super 10s from 11 matches so far.

1. Naveen Kumar (Dabang Delhi): 13 Matches 10 Super 10s

It comes as no surprise that ‘Naveen Express’ leads the charts for the most Super 10s in PKL 9. He has scored over 10 raid points in all but three fixtures this season and has grown from strength to strength. Naveen was a pivotal part of Dabang’s unbeaten start to the season. However, the defending champions have since lost six on the trot.

Naveen has tried his best as Dabang’s lone fighter on multiple occasions. But Vijay’s long-term absence due to injury has made the task impossible. Kabaddi is a volatile sport when things are not going your way, but an inspirational Naveen will continue to give his all for the team as they look to catch up to the competition and halt the rut.
