The Bulls won the earlier meeting by a 34-29 margin.

Telugu Titans lost yet another encounter in Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season 9 to UP Yoddhas (30-41). Siddharth Desai scored his fourth successive Super 10 of the season and has been the only player who has performed well consistently in the last couple of matches. Parvesh Bainswal scored his second high-five.

Bengaluru Bulls notched up a comfortable victory against Tamil Thalaivas (40-34) and are currently occupying the second spot in the points table. Bharat scored his ninth Super 10 of the season with Saurabh Nandal scoring a high-five. Saurabh Nandal in the last few matches looked silent but proved his worth against Tamil Thalaivas.

Head-to-Head

Bengaluru Bulls and Telugu Titans have faced each other 20 times in the Pro Kabaddi League. Out of which, Telugu Titans have won three matches. Bengaluru Bulls have come out victorious on 13 occasions, with three matches ending in a tie.

Player to watch

Neeraj Narwal has been the unsung hero for the Bengaluru Bulls, scoring points as a secondary raider in the absence of Vikash Kandola who is totally out of form. Apart from scoring raid points he has been instrumental in the defence when required the most and has tackled raiders attempting to take the bonus points.

Vishal Bharadwaj has slowly started to score tackle points but still has struggled to score points under pressure situations. He will be up against Bharat who has almost scored super 10s against all the opposition. With Vikash Kandola, not scoring points, if Vishal keeps Bharat out of the mat then Telugu Titans can hold the upper edge and even go on to win the match.

Key to Success

Siddharth Desai has been scoring the bulk of the raid points and someone from the raiding department either Abhishek Singh or Ankit Beniwal need to step up and help Siddharth score points simultaneously. On the other hand, the duo of Surjeet Singh and Parvesh Bainswal needs to step up against Bharat if Vishal Bharadwaj fails to tackle him.

The duo of Saurabh Nandal and Aman will form an important duo against Siddharth Desai who has the capability of scoring points from both sides of the mat. With Saurabh Nandal back to form Siddharth will look to attack Aman more which the Bengaluru defence should be wary of.

Did you know

Telugu Titans have the least successful tackle points percentage among all the 12 teams in Pro Kabaddi season 9.
