Ravi Shetty appointed as new coach of Thailand National Kabaddi team

Previously he coached Patna Pirates in PKL season 9.

He took U Mumba to the finals under his coaching in the first season. Apart from this, he was also a part of the coaching staff of Puneri Paltan in PKL 8 and the team made it to the play-offs. After which, in view of his experience in the 9th season, Patna Pirates signed him as the head coach.

But last season, Patna Pirates had a very poor performance, after which Ravi Shetty was removed from the role of coach by the team for the 10th season. After which he will now be seen in a new role.
