PKL 10 Auction Live Updates Day 2: Rahul Chaudhari, Amirhossein Bastami, others set to go under hammer

After an exciting day 1 of the PKL 10 Auction, where many records were shattered, we are all set for the day 2. On day 1 we saw Pawan Sehrawat created history by becoming the most expensive buy in Pro Kabaddi League auctions after being sold to Telugu Titans for a whopping Rs 2.60 crore. He leapfrogged Chiyaneh (2.35 crore) who held the top spot for a brief period. Telugu Titans after having tried a variety of options in the previous seasons have made a solid buy and will look to make full use of the raider.
Iran’s Mohammadreza Shadlu created history by becoming the second-most expensive buy-in Pro Kabaddi League history after he was sold to Puneri Paltan for a whopping price of Rs 2.35 crore. Shadlu leapfrogged the previous best landmark figure set by Pawan Sehrawat at 2.26 crore. He represented Patna Pirates for two seasons and will now ply his trade for a new franchise in the upcoming PKL season 10.
The Iranian was the second most successful defender last season, scoring 84 tackle points and an overall 89 points. Shadlu also smashed the record for most tackle points scored in one match by a player in the history of PKL by scoring 16 points against Dabang Delhi KC.
However, amidst the excitement and anticipation, fans and experts were left surprised as three big names, Sandeep Narwal, Vishal Bhardwaj, and Niwas Hooda went without any buyers. This unexpected outcome has sparked speculation about the reasons behind it, leaving many wondering about their current form or other factors that may have influenced the decision.
