PKL 10: Tamil Thalaivas full squad

Tamil Thalaivas secured a place in the semifinals during the 9th season of PKL, and it was the first time the team had reached the semifinals. The team had delivered a fantastic performance without any major star player. Pawan Sehrawat was a part of the team but was injured in the very first match and was out of the entire tournament. This time as well, the situation for Tamil Thalaivas is quite similar. Once again, there is no big star player in their team.

Before the PKL 10 auction, Tamil Thalaivas had retained most of their players, which is why they didn't have to work hard in the auction. The team bought only six players, and the maximum amount spent on a single player was 31 lakhs.

During the PKL 10 auction, Tamil Thalaivas acquired four raiders, one all-rounder, and two defenders. They spent 31 lakhs and 60 thousand rupees on Indian raider M. Lakshman. Narendra Kandola will lead the raiding department for Tamil Thalaivas

The team had retained him before the auction. In the previous season, Kandola scored 243 raid points in 23 matches and emerged as the fourth-best raider of the season. Kandola also managed to score 40 points in the 'Do or Die' situations, showing his ability to perform under pressure.

In addition to Kandola, Ajinkya Pawar is also a part of the team, who scored 141 points in 22 matches in the previous season. The franchise has once again included him in the team, considering his experience. Other raiders in the team include Ke. Selvamani, Himanshu Tushir, and Nitin Singh.

Sagar is a key player in the defense for the Tamil Thalaivas

The team's defense remains similar to the previous season, with all five players retained and two additional Iranian defenders added to the team. Tamil Thalaivas bought Iranian defender Amirhossein Bastami for 30 lakhs and Mohammadreza Kabodrahangi for 19 lakhs and 20 thousand. The team selected only two defenders during the auction because they already had several talented defenders on their roster.

Sagar, a right corner specialist, is once again a part of the team, having played 17 matches and earned 53 tackle points in the previous season. Himanshu plays in the left corner. M. Abhishek and Sahil strengthened the team's defense.
