The tenth match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 will be played between Bengal Warriors and Jaipur Pink Panthers at The Arena by TransStadia Stadium in Ahmedabad on December 7 at 8 pm.

The Bengal Warriors won one of the most thrilling encounters of the season so far. Bengal was leading by one point and it was Bengaluru Bulls’ Bharat who was raiding to either secure a draw or a win. But, the corner defender Shubham Shinde produced a moment of brilliance by blinding the raider a second to effect a back hold which ensured a winning start from the 2019 PKL champions.

Shubman along with the left corner Aditya was lethal against the Bengaluru raiders. The game also witnessed another Super 10 from Maninder Singh, his 64th in his PKL career. It was encouraging to see his quick movement on the mat as he got touchpoints and bonus points with ease. The likes of Shrikant Jadhav and Vishwas were a perfect foil for their skipper in the raiding department.

For Jaipur, it was a heartbreaking loss to start the tournament against Puneri Paltan. Arjun Deshwal, as anticipated, posed a continual threat to the defense, but it was Ajith Kumar who made the difference, getting better off the opponents at pivotal moments to keep the defending champions in the lead at the end of the first half.

But they gave up the lead as the defensive unit failed to stop the opposition raiders. With high-quality corners and cover combo in the Panthers set-up, the two-time champions will be eager to set things right against the Bengal Warriors. The showman Rahul Chaudhari hardly made an impact in the game but he can turn things around.
