Their reliable defender Nitesh Kumar ended with just one point. Both are experienced campaigners and will be eager to get onto the mat to show their prowess.

Surinder Gill’s form will give a sigh of relief for coach Jasveer Singh. Gill along with substitute Anil Kumar racked up points from the raiding department. The coach might ponder to elevate Anil to the starting seven against Haryana Steelers. Vijay Malik is another pivotal member who needs to bring his A-game on the mat on Wednesday.

The Haryana Steelers have had a disappointing couple of seasons finishing eighth. Yet they have retained their core of They K Prapanjan, Vinay, Mohit, and Jaideep, ahead of the auctions. The team in blue and grey made big purchases in the auction in the name of Siddharth Desai and Chandran Ranjith.

These two along with Prapanjan make them one of the most lethal attacking trios of the season. The defense will depend on the cover combination of Jaideep Dahiya and Mohit Nandal. With youngsters in the corner positions, these two have to step up for Haryana Steelers.
