Hi-Flyer Pawan Sehrawat flies to another milestone, reaches 1100 PKL Raid Points

Telugu Titans’ captain achieved this feat while playing against his former team Bengaluru Bulls.
Pawan Sehrawat reached yet another milestone in his career as he became only the third player in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League to score 1100 Raid Points. 2024 has already been a kind year for Pawan as an individual as he became an Arjuna Awardee and now has scaled this milestone on the first day of their home leg.
It is the eighth season for the 27-year-old having risen to fame under the guidance of Randhir Singh Sehrawat in the Bengaluru Bulls team. His debut PKL season was with the Bengaluru Bulls in 2016 scoring 64 points in seasons three and four. He moved to Gujarat Giants in season five with a forgettable season playing nine games and scoring 10 points.
It was season six that became the turning point of his career as he came back to Bengaluru Bulls to lead them to the PKL title with 282 points. The next two seasons were watershed years for the Indian skipper with more than 300 points in each season. With so many expectations he moved to Tamil Thalaivas in season nine, only to be ruled out due to an injury in the first 10 minutes of the game.
2023 saw him break records in the PKL auction to become the highest-bidded player ever for the second consecutive time as Telugu Titans snapped him for 2.6cr. The team might be languishing at the bottom of the points table but the Hi-Flyer has been flying high in the individual points tally and this Everest of 1100 Raid Points adds yet another feather to the Asian Games Champion and fans would expect many more from him.
