The 102nd Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 match will be played between UP Yoddhas and U Mumba at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad on February 3 at 8 pm.

UP Yoddhas, who are now in 11th place in the points standings, is only ahead of the Telugu Titans after a disappointing journey this season. They are now on an eight-match losing streak, therefore they would prefer to put things right as soon as possible before the expectations of the fans ruin their chances of qualifying for the playoffs. After yet another defeat, the Yoddhas may not qualify for the playoffs.

The performance of two of their most vital players, Nitesh Kumar on defense and Surinder Gill in the raiding department, has been the main source of concern. Coach Jasveer Singh has benched them since they haven’t looked like themselves. If they can pull their socks up along with the usual suspects Sumit and Pardeep Narwal they can push a place in playoffs.

U Mumba showed a lot of promise when they started the season with a strong defensive quartet of Mahender Singh, Rinku, Surinder Singh, and Girish Maruti Ernak. The season two champions haven’t converted the potential on paper to the mat. This experienced unit has to be at their best to stop Pardeep Narwal who can run through the sides.

If it is the experience of the defense, the exuberance of youth was a joy to watch in the first half of the season. Zafardanesh and Guman Singh have complimented each other very well. But the Iranian youngster seemed to have lost some steam in this long tournament. If he can do what Guman has been doing consistently, Mumbai will make it to the playoffs.
