Mohit Chhillar & Rajesh Narwal join Kabaddi Champions League Haryana as brand ambassadors

The Kabaddi Champions League Haryana will commence on 11 January 2026.
In a major boost to Haryana’s sporting landscape, the Kabaddi Champions League (KCL) has announced Indian Kabaddi icons Mohit Chhillar and Rajesh Narwal as the official Brand Ambassadors of the league.
Launched under the exclusive sanction of the Amateur Kabaddi Association of Haryana (AKAH), Kabaddi Champions League Haryana is an officially recognized professional Kabaddi league from the state.
It marks a transformative step for grassroots sports – built to identify, train, and elevate rural talent from Haryana’s villages and towns onto national and international platforms.
With the largest purse value ever offered by a state-level league, KCL Haryana aims to make kabaddi not just a sport, but a sustainable profession. The league has already drawn over 3,000 player registrations across its ongoing zonal trials, with the first round in Rohtak witnessing overwhelming participation.
These trials will culminate in a Central Selection Camp, where Kabaddi stalwarts, including Dronacharya Awardee Balwan Singh, World Champion Jagpal Singh, and Asian Champion Jagdeep Singh, will handpick the most promising talent for the league auction.
Rajesh Narwal, one of India’s most successful all-rounders, added, “KCL is more than a league – it’s a mission to turn kabaddi into a platform of opportunity. Haryana has the talent, and KCL is the bridge connecting it to the world.”
Mohit Chhillar, one of India’s most celebrated defenders, said, “Kabaddi has given Haryana an identity on the world stage. With KCL, young players from our villages now have a clear, professional pathway to success.”
What sets KCL apart is its vision beyond sport. The league stands firmly aligned with the mission of a Drug-Free Haryana, using structured sports ecosystems to engage youth, instill discipline, and combat addiction. By channeling the energy of thousands of young athletes into competition and community, KCL Haryana is shaping a generation driven by purpose.
Organisers of Kabaddi Champions League said, “With legends like Mohit and Rajesh championing our vision, we are building more than a league – we are building a sporting movement that begins in Haryana and belongs to India.”
The excitement around the league is palpable – both on the ground and online. From packed trials to trending social media content, KCL Haryana has already captured the imagination of Kabaddi fans across India and is set to showcase Haryana’s unmatched kabaddi talent to global audiences, setting new benchmarks for regional sports leagues.
