PKL 11: Dabang Delhi vs UP Yoddhas ends in 9th tied match of Pro Kabaddi 2024

UP Yoddhas and Dabang Delhi delivered an exhilarating contest in their opening game of the Pro Kabaddi 2024 (PKL 11) Pune leg at the Badminton Hall, Balewadi Sports Complex on Thursday evening.
The match saw both teams trading blows throughout, ending with the scores tied at 32-32. For the UP Yoddhas, Gagan Gowda scored 13 points, while Bhavani Rajput bagged 10. On the other hand, Ashu Malik picked up yet another Super 10 for Dabang Delhi K.C., continuing his stellar form in PKL 11.

While Gowda and Bhavani Rajput shared scoring duties for the UP Yoddhas, Naveen Kumar and Ashu Malik were leading Dabang Delhi K.C.’s charge. As the half progressed, the UP Yoddhas edged ahead, but Dabang Delhi K.C. stayed in the contest with solid defending. Rahul’s Super Tackle and Himanshu’s two-point raid narrowed the deficit, and just before half-time, Dabang Delhi K.C. took a 13-12 lead in this exciting PKL 11 clash.
Early in the second half, the Naveen Express inflicted an ALL OUT on the UP Yoddhas, giving Dabang Delhi K.C. a solid advantage. The defensive unit of Dabang Delhi K.C. held strong, while Naveen added crucial points. The game ebbed and flowed, showcasing the quality of both teams in PKL 11.
At the half-hour mark, Dabang Delhi K.C. looked in control, but Gagan Gowda turned the tide with an ALL OUT on Dabang Delhi K.C., earning his third Super 10 of PKL 11 and putting the UP Yoddhas in the lead.
Heading into the final moments of this thrilling PKL 11 encounter, Dabang Delhi K.C. had a 3-point deficit to overcome. Ashu Malik’s decisive 2-point raid tied the scores and secured his 13th Super 10 of the season. Bhavani Rajput also registered a Super 10, and despite their efforts, both sides walked away with a well-fought tie in another unforgettable PKL 11 match.
