PKL 11: Key battles to watch out for in match 18 Telugu Titans vs Dabang Delhi

The Pro Kabaddi League season 11 (PKL 11) is picking up the pace with every passing day. In an exciting upcoming contest of the 2024-25 season, Telugu Titans are set to face the mighty Dabang Delhi K.C. at the GMCB Indoor Stadium, Gachbibowli, Hyderabad on 26 October 2024.

Both Telugu Titans and Dabang Delhi lost their previous matches in the PKL 11. The former lost to Jaipur Pink Panthers while the latter succumbed to UP Yoddhas in a close contest.

Krishan Dhull vs Naveen Kumar

Krishan Dhull is a talented defender who can be a tough nut to crack. However, Telugu Titans’ defence has seriously underperformed in the first two PKL 11 matches. They must find a way to silence Dabang Delhi’s brilliant raiders. This is where Krishan could be key.

He is likely to challenge Naveen Kumar, who will attempt the majority of raids for the Dabang Delhi. He is the skipper of the side and is hungry to find rhythm and form. The highly rated raider could be the difference maker in the PKL 11 game if he overcomes the duel between him and Krishan.

Pawan Sehrawat vs Yogesh

Telugu Titans’ Pawan Sehrawat needs no introduction. He possesses incredible skills and is a one-man army that can destroy any opposition. Dabang Delhi must prioritize neutralizing Sehrawat’s involvement in the game as much as possible. Despite a 22-52 defeat, the skipper scored seven points. One can only imagine how lethal he can be on a good day.

Yogesh was the Emerging Player of the Season in the 10th edition of the Pro Kabaddi League. The defender is now a crucial part of Dabang Delhi’s defence in PKL 11. He made a few errors in the defeat to UP Yoddhas and must learn from them by limiting Pawan Sehrawat when both teams clash in PKL 11 on Saturday.

Sagar vs Ashu Malik

A lot of eyes will be on two fantastic players who are central to their respective sides. The clash between Sagar in defence and Ashu Malik in raids could be mouth-watering. Both individuals have belief in their capabilities and would like to help their team emerge as winners.

Ashu Malik in particular comes with a lot of threats. The joint top raid points getter in the 10th edition of the Pro Kabaddi League has managed 14 points in two matches as of yet in the ongoing season. The fans of Dabang Delhi would be praying that the raider rekindles the form of the previous campaign and propels the side to a win against the Telugu Titans.
