Jaipur Pink Panthers have looked unshakable in their first two matches of Pro Kabaddi League season 11 (PKL11). The Pink Panthers defeated two big teams, Bengal Warriors (39-34) and Telugu Titans (52-22), and are riding high on confidence.

Arjun Deshwal-led Panthers have dominated their time on the mat in all departments in PKL 11. Deshwal and Abhijeet Malik have done a meticulous job in raiding, whereas their defence has worked well in unison and kept their fort intact.

The Jaipur Pink Panthers will be against the Haryana Steelers in match no. 14 on 24th October. Haryana Steelers will have a difficult task going into this game against the PKL 11 table toppers. Their star buy of the auction, Mohammadreza Shadloui had a quiet start to the PKL 11 against his former team, and the Steelers camp would want a better performance by the star defender. In the battle between the Pink Panthers and the Steelers, the fans will get some strong individual battles in this team game.

Looking at the beginning of these teams into season 11, Jaipur Pink Panthers are looking extremely strong in comparison to Haryana Steelers with all their departments clicking in. But now the Steelers will certainly be planning against him to weaken the Panthers. Who better than the captain himself to take that responsibility?

Rahul Sethpal is another star defender of the Haryana Steelers who can make a big difference in the upcoming match. Sethpal did a few good tackles before the Puneri Paltan started to dominate. If the Haryana Steelers need to make any impact, the Shadloui-Sethpal combination must work well in defence to diffuse the big threats like Deshwal and Malik.

Shivam Patare vs Surjeet Singh

Surjeet Singh is one of the most important defenders of the Jaipur Pink Panthers’ defence. Singh had a great game against the Telugu Titans where he kept Pawan Sehrawat in check. Moving to their next PKL 11 match, he would have a much less threatening opposition as the Haryana Steelers do not have a lot of experienced raiders to back them.

However, Shivam Patare can be one of the raiders who might trouble the Pink Panthers’ defence. Patare did not have a good start to PKL 11 as he scored just 5 points in his first match. Although he had a good season 10 where he scored 116 raid points with a successful raid percentage of 58.29. Manpreet Singh, the head coach of Haryana Steelers would want Patare to step up in the match against Jaipur Pink Panthers and get their raiding unit working.
