Thoughts on the game

Dabang Delhi‘s head coach, Joginder Narwal, expressed his views on his side’s performance and said, “The opposition team was also good, and my players also played very well. We played as per the plan, and I am happy. It was the first match. It was a good game with sportsmanship. We won the game and I am happy.”

Thoughts on the team’s performance

Skipper Ashu Malik opened up about his side’s performance and said, “The team has played very well and according to the strategy made by Coach Sahab. Today was the first match, and the team still played well. Everyone did whatever Coach Sahab had told them. Fazal has also played very well. Overall, everyone has played well.”

Importance of experienced players

Joginder Narwal spoke about the importance of experienced players in his team and said, “Ashu is my captain, so like Surjeet is our senior player, and Sultan Fazel Atrachali, he is also a very senior and good player of this league. Neeraj Narwal has also been playing Pro Kabaddi very well for a long time.”

“Saurabh Nandal, Naveen, Sandeep, and all those who are not playing are also good players. Gradually, you will get to see everyone’s talent. They are all well-disciplined players. Experience makes a difference. If we assume that my captain is out, then there is Fazal, Surjeet, Saurabh, and Neeraj, so I have a lot of options,” he added.

Thoughts on Puneri Paltan

Ashu Malik shed some light on his thoughts on Puneri Paltan ahead of their next game and said, “Puneri Paltan is a good team. They have won the last two matches consecutively, and all the players are good in them. I would say to the fans that the team will play well and both will have a good match. Time will tell who will win. We will make our strategy accordingly.”
