Haryana Steelers
Thoughts on the game
Haryana Steelers head coach Manpreet Singh shared his views on the game and said, “It was not a tough match. The match was one-sided. We did not play well, and that team has played very well. We could not make a comeback, and their team has played very well in raiding and defence.
“I feel that in some matches we play very well, while in some games we lose by a point, in some matches it becomes one-sided, so things are not going well. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, and maybe God will bring only good things from here on,” he added.
Rift against Dabang Delhi
Manpreet also spoke about what happened between him and Dabang Delhi at the end of the last game and said, “Joginder is my younger brother, and he considers me as his elder brother. I was angry because someone from their side was making the wrong gestures. This was not tolerated by me, my team, or even our fans.”
“We have definitely lost the match, but that doesn’t mean you don’t respect us. The anger was not towards Joginder or his team. We have mutual respect,” he added.
Telugu Titans
Thoughts on the win
Telugu Titans head coach Krishan Kumar Hooda spoke about his feelings after the win and said, “When the team wins, there is a lot of happiness, and the biggest thing is that the team has played so well. Earlier, I used to say that Vijay is doing very well. He is controlling everything. Today, he showed how to win while maintaining control. The entire team has performed very well and will play well in the future.”
Bond with Manpreet Singh
Krishan Kumar Hooda opened up about his bond with Manpreet Singh and said, “Manpreet has been with me in the India camp for 3 years. He gets a little emotional at times, and that aggression is there in every game.”
“He has been coaching for 7 to 8 years, and all I can say about him is that he has become a good coach. I hope that just like he made his team win the final last time, he will definitely make a comeback,” he added.
