The second half of the Pro Kabaddi League is all set to begin. The first half comprised of four weeks where all the teams gave their best. The players too came up with spell-binding performances for their teams. Our Team of Week 4 consists of some of the dazzling performers of the season who did not disappoint when it was needed the most.

Let’s have a look at who made the cut..

Raiders

Maninder Singh (Bengal Warriors)

There has been no such match where the raider has failed to impress this season. The lanky raider has scored a total of 39 points in the week in three matches. He scored three consecutive super raids this week.

His stellar performances helped the team to outplay the Tamil Thalaivas and win the match 37-28. Maninder is leading from the front this season and would look to make his team reach the top four.

Pawan Sehrawat (Bengaluru Bulls)

Whenever it comes to one-sided wins, Pawan Sehrawat would always have his name in the list. The raider scored a total of 29 points from two matches and has been very consistent right from the beginning. Pawan Sehrawat is likely to end the season on a high.

Surender Gill (UP Yoddha)

Surender has been one of the consistent raiders this Pro Kabaddi League season. He scored 29 points from two matches. Both his performances helped the team to comfortable wins against Telugu Titans and Puneri Paltan. Surender would look to improve further, so that he can contribute with needy points for his team.

All-rounders

Aslam Inamdar (Puneri Paltan)

The dominant all-rounder from Puneri Paltan has been the top scorer for his team as a raider and has contributed well in the defence too in Pro Kabaddi League Season 8.

Aslam has scored 24 raid points and three tackle points as well. His impressive performances helped the team to register fine wins against Bengal Warriors and U Mumba, 39-27 and 42-23 respectively.

Vijay (Dabang Delhi)

Khel Now's Team of Pro Kabaddi League Week

In the absence of the star raider of his team Naveen Kumar, Vijay has led from the front. He scored 20 raid points in the last two matches against the Haryana Steelers and Patna Pirates.

Dabang Delhi are seen as the title favourites for this season and Vijay will have a leading role to play for his team. He will also look to capitalize on this opportunity in the team in the absence of Naveen.

Defenders

Saurabh Nandal (Bengaluru Bulls)

Bengaluru Bulls haven’t just been impressive in the raiding department, but also their defensive unit. This is all thanks to Saurabh, who has ensured the toughness of the defence for his team in the Pro Kabaddi League.

He scored a total of nine tackle points this week. His best performance came against the Patna Pirates, where he scored six tackle points. However, his team were on the losing end.

He has scored a total of 11 tackle points this week, where he came with his best performance against the Telugu Titans, which helped his team to register an easy win by 39-33 in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 8.
