Gaurav Khatri was the man in form for Puneri Paltan in their PKL 11 curtain-raiser against the Haryana Steelers. Khatri stood tall like a rock and defended with his heart on his sleeves. He managed to accumulate seven tackle points and is the defender with the most number of tackle points this season. He will have to keep a check on the Patna Pirates’ raiding unit and keep them at bay.

Patna Pirates – Shubham Shinde

Shubham Shinde will hope to lead his new side to a perfect start in PKL 11. The defender has been brought in as the most expensive recruit by the Pirates and a lot will be expected from him this season. Shinde will need to lead the backline and mark Puneri Paltan’s high-flying attacking lineup.
