Telugu Titans vs Patna Pirates: All time Head-to-Head in Pro Kabaddi

Telugu Titans succumbed to three consecutive losses in Pro Kabaddi League 11.

Telugu Titans will take on the Patna Pirates in Match 22 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL 11) at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad.

The home side have failed to build upon their good start to the Pro Kabaddi League season and find themselves in the bottom half of the table. They started off with a win against the Bengaluru Bulls in an opening-day clash.

But, were handed a defeat by the Tamil Thalaivas in their second Pro Kabaddi League match before getting thrashed by the Jaipur Pink Panthers and losing by a 30-point margin. Their losing streak continued as Dabang Delhi also got the better of them and handed them their third back-to-back defeat of the season.

Patna Pirates on the other hand started off with a demoralising defeat against the defending champions Puneri Paltan, But, bounced back in style with a comeback win over the Tamil Thalaivas where their young prodigy Devank scored 25 points and helped them get over the line. 

The upcoming game will be the 24th clash between the two sides. The Pirates have an edge having won Pro Kabaddi League 12 games while the Titans have won 10 and just one match has ended in a tie. Patna Pirates have remained undefeated in seven of their last eight meetings against the Titans, including six wins and a draw.

Last season, Patna Pirates completed a league double over the Telugu Titans. The first game ended in a 50-28 win in favor of the Pirates and the return fixture saw the Pirates wrap up a 38-26 win. The last time Telugu Titans won a game against the Pirates in Pro Kabaddi League was back in October 2022 where they secured a 30-21 win.
