Hindustan FC drew 0-0 with Real Kashmir in an I-League Second Division match played at Ambedkar Stadium on Thursday evening. With this match, both the teams end up getting a point each in their favour.

Real Kashmir dominated the play in the first few minutes and had the opportunity to take a lead in the 10th minute when midfielder Kouassi had a shot from close, but Hindustan keeper Mithun saved well. A few minutes later, Hindustan’s defender Utkarsh got substituted by U-22 Ashutosh Thapliyal, who made an instant impact in the match.
Hindustan FC also came close to scoring in the 23rd minutes, when Khushant Chauhan smartly sent a free-kick into the box to forward Pushpender but his shot missed the target by a whisker. U-22 Nikhil Gehlot tried to score with a long shot but the ball didn’t find the target and went wide in the 31st minute.
In the last minute of first half, Hindustan’s player Thomyo was unfortunate not to take his side into the lead when his shot rebounded off the crossbar with an empty goal. At the end of the first half, none of the teams managed to get a lead in their favour and the score s read 0-0.
