Jamshedpur FC sign former Elche midfielder Mario Arques Blasco

The Spaniard come as the final overseas signing for the Men of Steel.
Jamshedpur Football Club has completed their quota of foreigners today with the signing of Mario Arques Blasco. The Spanish midfielder is a Villareal CF academy product with over seven-years of experience in Spain.
The 26-year-old previously played CD Alcoyano and had stints at Valencia and Sporting de Gijon’s B-teams.
On signing with Jamshedpur FC, the midfielder said, “It’s amazing to sign with a club of Jamshedpur FC’s stature. Indian Super League is one of the biggest league’s in Asia and it’s an honour to be playing there.
“I am very happy to start training with my teammates and enjoy my time here. I want to play here with my heart and passion I hope to do my best.”

Chief Executive Officer, Mukul Choudhari added “I am delighted to welcome Mario into the squad. His experience will be valuable for our midfield. I am excited to see him pair up with Memo and add more solidity to our defense line. On behalf of the Tata Group I welcome Mario to Jamshedpur.”

Mario has joined the squad for pre-season training in Madrid as the club continues to prepare for the Hero Indian Super League 2018-19 season.
