LG Independence Cup: Electric Veng FC reach last four after a hard-fought victory

New top-flight team Electric Veng FC have distinguished themselves as the first team to reach the last 4 of the LG Independence Cup by beating Bethlehem Vengthlang FC 2-1 last night (4th August).
Having earned precious points against Chanmari FC and Ramhlun North FC after upsetting Aizawl FC in their first match, Electric Veng FC has earned 8 points after their completing their group fixture.

Bethlehem Vengthlang FC did find the net late on when Lalruatkima struck on the 84th minute but adding another in four minutes was always unlikely against a determined EFC backline.
