Arsenal have a small budget thanks to the dismal performance of the team in the final league phase. The poor show defensively by the Gunners cost them dear as it restricted their budget.

The Premier League club has been chasing a number of big names that are said to cost them very high transfer fees and the small budget has left Unai Emery helpless.

Neymar has agreed personal terms with Barcelona

Brazil international is set to rejoin Barcelona after an exile of two years from the La Liga club that saw him join Paris St. Germain on a world record deal.

Sport claims that the 27-year-old is ready to take a hefty paycut to make the move happen, given the high fees supposedly to be involved in the deal. PSG reportedly want the same amount what they paid for the Brazilian to bring him to Paris.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka set for a medical with United

United seem to have finally gotten their man at the cost of £55m. The English U-21 international Aaron Wan-Bissaka is set to move from Crystal Palace to Manchester United.

The Red Devils had their first bid for the defender of £50m rejected, but The Sun reports that the two sides have finally decided on the final transfer fee.

Kovacic uncertain of his future at Stamford Bridge

Mateo Kovacic is not interested to continue with Real Madrid and look to join some other club. The former Inter Milan man spent the season on loan with Chelsea and was a starter for Sarri despite being unproductive.

Now that Sarri's gone, Chelsea aren't sure whether to continue with Kovacic and sign him permanently or not. Goal reports that Chelsea has to take a decision before July 1st.

James has little say over his own future

James Rodriguez has found life difficult at Real Madrid under Zidane. The Columbian playmaker is not the player the three time Champions League winning manager is looking for in his midfield.

The playmaker currently with his national side for the Copa America duty has been on a sensational run of form. Discussing his future in a press conference, James said that he has no clue where his future lies and who will decide on it.

Adrien Rabiot to join Juventus

Rabiot has been a free agent after forcing his way out of Paris St Germain. The 24-year-old midfielder is said to be on his way to join Juventus after snubbing an offer from Manchester United.

United were favorites to land the French midfielder on a free move but the prospect of regular Champions League football at the Turin club has made the midfielder choose Juventus above United.

Laurent Blanc to Newcastle United?

Laurent Blanc has been without a club since leaving PSG in 2016. The World Cup winner has been looking for a club from the Premier League to manage and it seems like the opportunity has arrived for him.

Newcastle United have announced the departure of Rafael Benitez and would now want someone as good as the Spaniard to replace him. It is reported that the 53-year-old would be approached.

Denis Suarez to play for a Spanish team next season

Barcelona have a long list of players to be transferred out to balance the budget books. One of the ones to be in the list is Denis Suarez. Suarez, criticised for not moving on from the Catalonian club, is now set to be sold.

The potential destinations for the player are some of the Barcelona's La Liga rivals Celta Vigo and Valencia.

Javier Hernandez happy to move on or stay

Chicharito or Javier Hernandez has publicly stated that his agent is looking for his next destination as the Mexican has decided to leave West Ham despite having a season left in the contract.

The player said that the agent is looking for his next possible destinations and both him and his club are happy to move on or to continue together depending on the circumstances.
