Liverpool have signed PEC Zwolle youngster Sepp van den Berg for an initial £1.3m. The 17-year old has signed a long-term contract.

Van den Berg's transfer will be formally completed on July 1, with Liverpool understood to be paying an initial £1.3m.
The fee for the Netherlands U19 centre-back could eventually rise above £4m, depending on how many Premier League and European appearances he goes on to make for the Champions League holders, as per Sky Sports.
Chelsea seal the transfer of Mateo Kovacic
Mateo Kovačić is on the verge of completing a €50m permanent move to Chelsea from Real Madrid. Their transfer ban doesn’t affect the deal because he was on last season, as per Di Marzio.
The Croatian played 51 games in the last season for Chelsea, including 32 appearances in the Premier League as well.
Romelu Lukaku to Inter on loan
Fabrizio Romano claims that Inter Milan are preparing the first offer for Manchester United for Romelu Lukaku. €10m for an initial two-year loan, with an obligation to buy at €60m.
Lukaku's agent Federico Pastorello was in Milan on Tuesday for talks with Inter, who will be free to sign players on June 30 when they are released by UEFA from a Financial Fair Play (FFP) settlement agreement.
Benfica reveal the details of the bid in Portuguese Securities Market
Benfica have received a £112m offer from Atletico Madrid for Joao Felix, Sky Sports News understands.
The 19-year-old scored 15 goals and registered nine assists last season, and his potential transfer would be the fifth most expensive in history behind Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele.
"Atletico Madrid submitted a proposal for the acquisition of (Felix) for a total amount of 126,000,000 euros which is being analysed," Benfica said in a statement to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission as reported by Reuters.
PSG keen on including Ousmane Dembélé in Neymar deal
Paris Saint-Germain have asked for Barcelona forwards Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho to be included in any deal for wantaway superstar Neymar.
Neymar is apparently unhappy in France, and is even said to have told PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he regrets leaving Barca and wants to return.
But with PSG unwilling to sell, it is likely to take a monstrous bid to allow a deal to go through. PSG have asked for Dembele on loan with an option to buy, and Coutinho on a permanent deal.
PSG to make Ander Herrera and Pablo Sarabia official next week
L'Equipe reports that PSG will formalise the deals to sign both Pablo Sarabia and Ander Herrera next week.
The Parisian club will pay Ander £200,000 a week, making him one of the highest paid stars at the club. Herrera will earn a whopping £10,400,000 a year and will have accrued £52,000,000 at the end of his five-year contract; provided he remains with the club until that time.
Lucas Torreira looking to head back to Italy
Milan are preparing a bid to sign Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreiraon loan
The offer will be in the region of £4.5m for a two-season long loan with a view to make it permanent for around £25m.
Sky in Italy understand Torreira would like to return to Italy to work with his former manager Marco Giampaolo, who took over at Milan this month.
