FC Bardez U-20s will be looking to get their first victory as they face the mighty Salgoacar in their second TACA Cup match tomorrow at Duler Stadium. FCBG U-20 suffered their first defeat against Churchill Brothers as they lost 2-0 with the squad just getting to know each other having only had three practise sessions. The Bardez side had enough opportunities to score in the Churchill game but failed to make the most of them. On the other hand, Salgaocar are a really good strong team. They beat Corps of Signals 5-0 and will be looking to make it two wins out of two. Ahead of the game Bardez Goalkeeping Coach Aaron Pinto said,”So far the team looks good. We are getting prepared for the game. Our strike force is good. We have the potential to beat any team in this competition, as we have a very good squad. If they perform up to their full potential I’m sure we can beat Salgaocar. Goa Pro League player Jesmon Soares who is also playing for the U-20s said, “The boys are getting along well and they are ready to face the Greens. The Coach has motivated them and has told them how to play. I’m sure we will win tomorrowReport by FC Bardez Media Manager- Clive Joseph Alvarez . A Football fanatic, Big Real Madrid fan.
